2026年6月22日，中国城市发展联盟海外联合发展工作委员会（以下简称“中城海合会”）主任黄兆锦率团拜访刚果民主共和国驻华大使馆，与刚果（金）驻华大使弗朗索瓦·巴卢穆埃内（François Balumuene）、一等参赞乐迪（Ledi）举行会谈。双方就埃博拉病毒诊断解决方案、中城海合会与南沙区政府及大使馆三方共建经贸合作中心等议题深入交换意见，并达成多项合作共识。大使初步确定将于近期赴广州南沙进行实地考察。

深化中刚公共卫生合作，共筑埃博拉防控防线
会谈中，深圳容金科技有限公司代表向刚果（金）方面全面介绍了针对该国埃博拉疫情推出的系统性诊断解决方案。该方案总额1500万美元，采用"抗原快速筛查+冻干PCR确认"的双层检测策略：抗原快速检测试剂盒可在10分钟内完成社区现场筛查；冻干RT-PCR试剂盒无需冷链运输，可在偏远医疗机构实现精准确诊，有效填补了刚果（金）当前检测能力覆盖率不足40%的诊断缺口。
刚果（金）大使对容金科技的方案给予充分肯定，认为该方案与刚果（金）当前防控需求高度契合。大使现场提出，请企业代表尽快整理一份简短的方案及报价信函，由大使馆协助转交刚果（金）卫生主管部门，推动方案进入官方评估程序。双方一致同意保持密切沟通，共同助力中非公共卫生安全合作。

会上，中城海合会黄兆锦主任向刚果（金）驻华大使发出正式邀请，希望大使馆入驻位于广州南沙区（粤港澳大湾区）的经贸合作中心。黄主任介绍，南沙区政府已为该中心落地提供场地及办公条件保障。该中心将由中城海合会、南沙区政府与刚果（金）驻华大使馆三方共同推进，旨在搭建中刚务实合作的高层级平台，推动两国在经贸、投资、科技等领域的深度合作。
大使对此给予积极回应，充分肯定了该平台对深化两国企业交流的桥梁作用，同时对南沙区政府提供的硬件支持表示感谢。大使表示，为进一步了解合作模式与运营机制，愿先赴南沙进行实地考察，待充分调研后再推进具体入驻事宜。

CCDA Overseas Committee Leads Shenzhen Rongjin Technology on Visit to Embassy of the Democratic Republic of the Congo in China
On June 22, 2026, Huang Zhaojin, Director of the China City Development Alliance Overseas Joint Development Working Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "CCDA Overseas Committee"), led a delegation to visit the Embassy of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) in China, and held talks with H.E. François Balumuene, Ambassador of the DRC to China, and Ledi, First Counsellor. The two sides engaged in thorough exchanges of views on Ebola virus diagnostic solutions and the tripartite development of an economic and trade cooperation center jointly established by the CCDA Overseas Committee, the Nansha District Government, and the Embassy, reaching multiple consensus on cooperation. The Ambassador preliminarily confirmed that he would undertake a field visit to Nansha, Guangzhou in the near future.
Deepening China-DRC Public Health Cooperation and Jointly Building a Defense Line Against Ebola Prevention and Control
During the talks, representatives of Shenzhen Rongjin Technology Co., Ltd. provided the DRC side with a comprehensive presentation on a systematic diagnostic solution targeting the country's Ebola outbreak. The solution, valued at US$15 million, adopts a two-tier testing strategy combining "antigen rapid screening + freeze-dried PCR confirmation": the antigen rapid test kit enables on-site community screening within 10 minutes; the freeze-dried RT-PCR kit requires no cold-chain transportation and enables precise diagnosis in remote medical facilities, effectively addressing the diagnostic gap in the DRC where current testing capacity covers less than 40% of the population.
The DRC Ambassador fully affirmed Rongjin Technology's solution, noting that it is highly aligned with the DRC's current prevention and control needs. The Ambassador proposed on the spot that the company representative promptly prepare a brief proposal and quotation letter, which the Embassy would assist in forwarding to the DRC's competent health authorities to advance the solution into the official evaluation process. Both sides agreed to maintain close communication and jointly contribute to China-Africa public health security cooperation.
Tripartite Development of an Economic and Trade Cooperation Center, Building a New Platform for China-DRC Cooperation
During the meeting, Director Huang Zhaojin of the CCDA Overseas Committee formally extended an invitation to the DRC Ambassador, hoping that the Embassy would establish a presence at the economic and trade cooperation center located in Nansha District, Guangzhou (within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area). Director Huang introduced that the Nansha District Government has already provided venue and office condition support for the center's establishment. The center will be jointly advanced by the CCDA Overseas Committee, the Nansha District Government, and the Embassy of the DRC in China, aiming to build a high-level platform for China-DRC practical cooperation and to promote in-depth collaboration between the two countries in areas including economy, trade, investment, and science and technology.
The Ambassador gave a positive response to this initiative, fully affirming the platform's role as a bridge in deepening exchanges between enterprises of the two countries, while also expressing appreciation for the hardware support provided by the Nansha District Government. The Ambassador stated that, in order to further understand the cooperation model and operational mechanisms, he would first conduct a field visit to Nansha and proceed with specific occupancy arrangements after thorough due diligence.
Confirming the Nansha Inspection Visit to Advance Cooperation in Depth and Substance
Both sides agreed to conduct a field visit to Nansha, Guangzhou in the near future for further communication on specific cooperation matters. The detailed itinerary will be separately coordinated and confirmed.
