近日，借莫桑比克总统对华进行国事访问之契机，中国城市发展联盟海外联合发展工作委员会（以下简称“中城海合会”）与莫桑比克访华高层代表团开展了一系列密集且富有成效的座谈、会晤与餐叙。双方秉持“求真务实”的精神，犹如兄弟好友喜相逢，就中莫两国多领域的刚需合作进行了面对面、实打实的项目对接，取得丰硕成果。

作为本次系列活动的核心亮点，中城海合会负责人与莫桑比克企业发展联合会主席举行了深度闭门会谈。双方围绕未来全方位、多领域的项目推进落地进行了细致探讨，就如何高效整合双边实力资源达成了高度一致。在此次会谈中，双方正式敲定了一项重要战略共识：中莫两国将互设“文化旅游商务合作中心办公室”。该中心的成立，将为两国企业在文化交融、旅游互通、商贸往来方面搭建起常态化、实体化的高效对接平台。

会谈结束后，莫桑比克企业发展联合会主席对本次工作成效给予极高评价，表示“今日收获满满”。为最高效地落实合作意向，莫方对双方会谈过程进行了全程录音录像备份，主席先生明确表示，将把此次会谈的核心成果直接向莫桑比克总统进行专项汇报。这一举措不仅彰显了莫方对此次合作的高度重视，也深刻印证了中城海合会团队“同事亦兄弟，求真又务实”的优良工作作风。

Riding the Momentum of the Mozambican President's Visit to China, CCDA Overseas Committee Achieves Multiple Practical Cooperation Consensuses with Mozambique — The Mutual Establishment of "Cultural Tourism and Business Cooperation Centers" Between China and Mozambique Steadily Advances

Recently, taking advantage of the Mozambican President's state visit to China, the China City Development Alliance Overseas Joint Development Working Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "CCDA Overseas Committee") held a series of intensive and productive discussions, meetings, and working dinners with the high-level Mozambican delegation visiting China. Guided by a spirit of "seeking truth and pragmatism," and akin to a warm reunion of brothers and friends, both sides engaged in face-to-face, down-to-earth project matchmaking focusing on the essential needs of bilateral cooperation across multiple sectors, achieving fruitful results.

During these high-level interactions, the CCDA Overseas Committee delegation engaged in in-depth exchanges with senior Mozambican officials, precisely identifying each side's resource endowments and directly addressing cooperation challenges. Mozambique's Minister of Economy highly recognized the pragmatic approach and comprehensive capabilities of the CCDA Overseas Committee, and extended a sincere invitation during the talks, hoping that the Committee would soon organize a delegation of Chinese entrepreneurs to conduct on-site visits and inspections in Mozambique, jointly exploring the boundless business opportunities on this beautiful and friendly African land.

As the centerpiece of this series of events, the head of the CCDA Overseas Committee held an in-depth closed-door meeting with the President of the Mozambique Business Federation. Both sides conducted detailed discussions on the comprehensive, multi-sector implementation of future projects and reached a high degree of consensus on how to effectively integrate bilateral strengths and resources. During this meeting, both sides formally finalized a key strategic consensus: China and Mozambique will mutually establish "Cultural Tourism and Business Cooperation Center Offices." The establishment of these centers will create a regularized, physical, and highly efficient matchmaking platform for enterprises from both countries in cultural exchange, tourism connectivity, and commercial trade.

Following the meeting, the President of the Mozambique Business Federation spoke highly of the outcomes, stating that "today's achievements are tremendous." To implement the cooperation intentions most efficiently, the Mozambican side made full audio and video recordings of the entire meeting process. The President explicitly stated that the core outcomes of this meeting would be reported directly and specifically to the President of Mozambique. This move not only demonstrates the high importance Mozambique attaches to this cooperation but also profoundly reflects the CCDA Overseas Committee team's excellent work ethic of "colleagues as brothers, seeking truth with pragmatism."

The wind is fair for setting sail. Beautiful Mozambique and the friendly African continent are opening their arms wide to welcome Chinese enterprises. The CCDA Overseas Committee will take this high-level interaction as a brand-new starting point, acting swiftly to respond to Mozambique's sincere invitation with tangible project implementations.
