2026年6月底，中国城市发展联盟海外联合发展工作委员会（以下简称“中城海合会”）主任黄兆锦率考察团赴江苏进行考察交流，先后走访了新日集团与江苏精享裕投资集团有限公司。此次考察旨在调研新能源出行领域领军企业的创新成果与“出海”战略，同时深入对接大湾区建设机遇，探索海外基础设施建设项目合作路径。考察团通过实地参观、生产一线走访及座谈交流，与两家企业就未来协同发展达成多项共识。
探访新日集团：年轻团队舞动新能源，助力中国品牌驰骋全球
考察团首站走进新日集团，调研中国电动摩托车的创新前沿。在新日年轻创新的团队陪同下，考察团详细了解了企业从北京起步、扎根无锡、布局全国、走向世界的发展历程。

考察团看到，新日已从单一产品发展为全系列新能源电动摩托车制造商，产品线日趋完善，技术创新能力持续增强。新日电动机车已成为中国智造的一张流动名片，在新能源时代舞动出强劲的市场活力。

考察期间，双方就中国新能源出行产品走出国门、畅行海外、圆梦世界进行了充分沟通。黄兆锦主任指出，在全球绿色能源转型的大背景下，新日集团凭借年轻团队的创新动能和全产业链优势，完全具备拓展国际市场的潜力。中城海合会将积极发挥平台桥梁作用，协助新日对接海外市场需求，助力中国品牌在全球新能源出行领域占据一席之地。
走进精享裕：畅谈基建出海，感受“三长”企业家精神
随后，考察团来到江苏精享裕投资集团有限公司，黄兆锦主任一行与集团董事长张百启先生进行了深入座谈。双方重点围绕大湾区建设、海外基础设施建设及变电站建设发展等话题交换了意见。

张百启董事长介绍了集团自2005年白手起家的创业历程。集团依托长三角与大湾区经济发展机遇，持续拓展业务版图，现已形成涵盖工程建设、产业投资、大数据新能源、电力设施装备、商贸物流、康养与文体等领域的综合性产业平台。集团始终坚持以品牌建设引领转型升级，“精享裕”商标被评为江苏省著名商标，并累计荣获“全国守合同重信用企业”、“鲁班奖”等各类奖项1000余项。

CCDA Overseas Committee Director Huang Zhaojin Leads Jiangsu Inspection Tour, Spotlighting Infrastructure Going Global and New Energy Industry Upgrading
At the end of June 2026, Mr. Huang Zhaojin, Director of the China City Development Alliance Overseas Joint Development Working Committee ("CCDA Overseas Committee"), led a delegation to Jiangsu Province for an inspection tour, visiting Xinri Group and Jiangsu Jingxiangyu Investment Group Co., Ltd. The visit was designed to explore the innovative achievements and "going global" strategies of leading enterprises in the new energy mobility sector, while also aligning with Greater Bay Area development opportunities and identifying potential pathways for international cooperation in infrastructure projects. Through on-site visits, production line walkthroughs, and roundtable discussions, the delegation reached broad consensus with both companies on future collaborative development.
Xinri Group: A Young, Innovative Team Powers New Energy and Drives a Chinese Brand onto the Global Stage
The delegation's first stop was Xinri Group, where they got an up-close look at the forefront of China's electric motorcycle industry. Accompanied by Xinri's young and energetic team, the delegation traced the company's evolution—from its early days in Beijing, to building a stronghold in Wuxi, expanding nationwide, and ultimately reaching global markets.
The delegation saw for themselves that Xinri has transformed from a single-product manufacturer into a full-series new energy electric motorcycle producer, boasting a continuously expanding product line and growing technological innovation capabilities. Xinri electric motorcycles have become a mobile emblem of "Intelligent Made in China," showcasing remarkable vitality in the new energy era.
During the visit, the two sides held extensive discussions on Chinese new energy mobility products going global, expanding overseas, and realizing their global vision. Director Huang Zhaojin observed that, amid the global green energy transition, Xinri Group—driven by its young team's innovative energy and full-industry-chain strengths—is well-positioned to break into international markets. The CCDA Overseas Committee will actively serve as a platform and bridge, helping Xinri connect with overseas market demand and enabling Chinese brands to gain a strong foothold in the global new energy mobility sector.
Jingxiangyu: Charting the Course for Infrastructure Going Global, Embodying the "Three Roles" Entrepreneurial Spirit
Next, the delegation made its way to Jiangsu Jingxiangyu Investment Group Co., Ltd., where Director Huang Zhaojin and his team sat down with Mr. Zhang Baiqi, Chairman of the Group, for in-depth conversations. The two sides exchanged views on topics ranging from Greater Bay Area development to overseas infrastructure construction and substation development.
Chairman Zhang Baiqi walked the delegation through the Group's entrepreneurial journey, which began from scratch in 2005. Capitalizing on the economic momentum of the Yangtze River Delta and the Greater Bay Area, the Group has steadily expanded its business portfolio, now encompassing a diverse industrial platform spanning engineering construction, industrial investment, big data and new energy, power facility equipment, trade and logistics, health and wellness, and cultural and sports sectors. The Group has consistently prioritized brand building and enterprise transformation and upgrading, fine-tuning its business structure to generate significant economic and social benefits while building a strong corporate brand image. The "Jingxiangyu" trademark has been designated a well-known trademark in Jiangsu Province, and the Group has garnered over 1,000 awards, including the "National Contract-abiding and Creditworthy Enterprise" and "Luban Prize."
The delegation was particularly struck by Jingxiangyu's corporate culture. Chairman Zhang Baiqi is affectionately regarded by employees as "Chairman, Parent, and Elder Brother"—a leader who shows more urgency than employees themselves when they face difficulties. This unique "three roles" dynamic and the resulting corporate cohesion have become the driving force behind the Group's steady growth and long-term success.
Director Huang Zhaojin noted that Jingxiangyu Group's deep expertise in engineering construction and power equipment dovetails with the CCDA Overseas Committee's mission of supporting member enterprises' participation in overseas projects under the Belt and Road Initiative, and he expressed hope for future collaboration on international infrastructure endeavors.
Driving Cooperation Through Engagement, Empowering Global Expansion Through Platforms
This inspection tour in Jiangsu marked an important step by the CCDA Overseas Committee to gain direct insight into the actual needs of its partner enterprises. Director Huang Zhaojin stressed that the CCDA Overseas Committee will continue to mobilize domestic and international resources, supporting more outstanding Chinese companies like Xinri Group and Jingxiangyu Group as they seize development opportunities, integrate more deeply into global industrial chains, and pursue higher-level international cooperation in areas such as new energy mobility and infrastructure construction.
Going forward, the CCDA Overseas Committee will continue to act as a bridge, creating broader exchange and cooperation platforms for member enterprises, jointly advancing Chinese industries and Chinese brands on their journey to go global and achieve high-quality development.
