2026年4月13日，庆祝阿拉伯埃及共和国与中华人民共和国建立外交关系70周年“丝绸之路·人类文明——卢禹舜中国画作品展”在阿拉伯埃及共和国驻华大使馆隆重开幕。中国城市发展联盟海外联合发展工作委员会（以下简称“中城海合会”）主任黄兆锦先生应邀出席开幕式，与各界嘉宾共同见证这一中埃文化交流盛事。
开幕式于当日下午15时整举行，现场气氛热烈。埃及驻华大使哈立德·纳兹米先生率先致辞，他指出，此次展览是民间外交的重要交流活动，彰显了中埃两国人民的深厚情谊，同时也从卢禹舜先生的画作中，感受到东方艺术家对埃及文明的理解与礼赞。
多位阿拉伯国家驻华使节应邀莅临，沙特阿拉伯驻华大使阿卜杜拉赫曼·本·艾哈迈德·哈勒比、阿曼驻华公使阿里·哈尔凡·哈萨尼、卡塔尔驻华大使穆罕默德·本·阿卜杜拉·奥贝德·阿尔·杜希米等贵宾专程到场，共襄盛举。
中方出席嘉宾包括：原中共中央党校常务副校长何毅亭、人民日报社原副社长张建兴、中央美术学院院长林茂、中国美术家协会原党组书记徐里、荣宝斋党委书记赵东、中国工笔画学会会长陈孟昕、中国艺术研究院国画院院长牛克诚、书画频道董事局主席王平等。
卢禹舜先生是当今美术界著名的山水画家，中国国家画院原院长，现为中国传媒大学中国画研究院院长。三十余年来，他以山水、宇宙和生命作为创作母题，通过“静观八荒”“精神家园”“彼岸理想”等系列画作，拓展了中国山水画的意境和笔墨语言，确立了自己在中国当代山水画领域的地位。
本次展览以“丝绸之路·人类文明”为主题，展出卢禹舜先生创作的域外写生作品。这些作品以东方文化视角观照“一带一路”沿线亚洲、欧洲等地人文风光，用独具中国文化特色的笔墨语言和审美趣味，把西画式再现与中国式表现融合为一，充分展现了艺术家对世界多元文明的独特理解与艺术表达。
卢禹舜先生在现场发言中表示，中国传统山水画始终承载着对自然的感悟与对生命的热爱，中国山水画依托虚实相生、动静结合的创作手法营造悠远空灵的意境，这一艺术追求与埃及艺术有着异曲同工之妙。
黄兆锦主任在出席活动后表示，此次画展以艺术为桥梁，有力推动了中埃文明交流互鉴，为庆祝两国建交70周年增添了浓墨重彩的一笔。
黄兆锦强调，中城海合会将继续践行“一带一路”倡议，发挥桥梁纽带作用，推动中国企业参与非洲市场建设，助力中非经贸合作高质量发展。值此中埃建交70周年之际，中城海合会愿与埃方各界携手，不断深化两国在经贸、人文等多领域的务实合作。
Celebration of the 70th Anniversary of Sino-Egyptian Diplomatic Relations: "Silk Road · Human Civilization – Lu Yushun Chinese Painting Exhibition" Grandly Held in Beijing, CCDA Overseas Committee Director Huang Zhaojin Invited to Attend
April 13, 2026, Beijing – In celebration of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Arab Republic of Egypt and the People's Republic of China, the "Silk Road · Human Civilization – Lu Yushun Chinese Painting Exhibition" grandly opened at the Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Beijing. Mr. Huang Zhaojin, Director of the China City Development Alliance Overseas Joint Development Working Committee (hereinafter referred to as "CCDA Overseas Committee"), was invited to attend the opening ceremony, jointly witnessing this major China-Egypt cultural exchange event with distinguished guests from various sectors.
A Gathering of Distinguished Guests
The opening ceremony commenced at 3:00 PM in a warm and festive atmosphere. His Excellency Khaled Nazmi, Egyptian Ambassador to China, delivered the first speech, pointing out that this exhibition serves as an important people-to-people diplomacy event, showcasing the profound friendship between the Chinese and Egyptian peoples. He also noted that from Mr. Lu Yushun's paintings, one can feel an Eastern artist's understanding and tribute to Egyptian civilization.
Several Arab ambassadors to China were invited to grace the occasion, including His Excellency Abdurrahman bin Ahmed Al-Harbi, Saudi Ambassador to China; Mr. Ali Khalfan Al-Hassani, Omani Minister Plenipotentiary; and His Excellency Mohammed bin Abdullah Obaid Al-Duhaimi, Qatari Ambassador to China, among other distinguished guests who made special trips to attend the event.
Chinese guests included: He Yiting, former Executive Vice President of the Party School of the Central Committee of the CPC; Zhang Jianxing, former Deputy President of the People's Daily; Lin Mao, President of the Central Academy of Fine Arts; Xu Li, former Party Secretary of the China Artists Association; Zhao Dong, Party Secretary of Rongbaozhai; Chen Mengxin, President of the China Hue Art Institute; Niu Kecheng, Dean of the Traditional Chinese Painting Academy at the China National Academy of Arts; and Wang Ping, Chairman of the Digital TV Art Channel, among others.
Using Art as a Bridge to Promote Mutual Learning Between Civilizations
Mr. Lu Yushun is a renowned landscape painter in the contemporary art world, former President of the China National Academy of Painting, and currently Dean of the Chinese Painting Institute at the Communication University of China. For over thirty years, he has taken landscapes, the universe, and life as his creative themes. Through series such as "Contemplating the Vast Wilderness," "Spiritual Homeland," and "Vision of the Other Shore," he has expanded the artistic conception and brush-and-ink language of Chinese landscape painting, establishing his position in the field of contemporary Chinese landscape art.
This exhibition, themed "Silk Road · Human Civilization," features Lu Yushun's overseas sketches. These works observe the cultural and natural scenery of Asia, Europe, and other regions along the "Belt and Road" from an Eastern cultural perspective. Using brush-and-ink language and aesthetic tastes unique to Chinese culture, they fuse Western representational techniques with Chinese expressive methods, fully demonstrating the artist's unique understanding and artistic expression of the world's diverse civilizations.
In his speech, Mr. Lu Yushun stated that traditional Chinese landscape painting has always carried an appreciation for nature and a love for life. Chinese landscape painting creates a profound and ethereal artistic conception through techniques that combine the virtual and the real, movement and stillness—an artistic pursuit that resonates with Egyptian art.
Deepening China-Africa Cooperation – CCDA Overseas Committee Takes Active Action
After attending the event, Director Huang Zhaojin stated that this art exhibition serves as a bridge, effectively promoting mutual learning and exchange between Chinese and Egyptian civilizations, adding a brilliant chapter to the celebration of the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
Huang emphasized that the CCDA Overseas Committee will continue to implement the "Belt and Road" initiative, play its role as a bridge and link, encourage Chinese enterprises to participate in the development of the African market, and contribute to the high-quality development of China-Africa economic and trade cooperation. On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Sino-Egyptian diplomatic relations, the CCDA Overseas Committee stands ready to join hands with all sectors in Egypt to continuously deepen practical cooperation between the two countries in economic, trade, cultural, and other fields.
